I want to empower creatives not just to feel comfortable enough to step in front of me and my camera, but to feel confident and authentic in their skin and their artistry. Simply put, Portraiture is about capturing one's essence and to prepare you for this experience is my focus. There is beauty and interest in everything, including you and your craft. These are those images that will connect with your audience on a deeper level.
This past year has been incredible as I have leaned into opportunities that present themselves as aligned with my urge to use my work to empower creative individuals, my kinda people. Lauren Peters
Working with self-portrait painter Lauren, is always a highlight for me. I get to stretch my artistic wings and take risks she's always completely on-board for! I also get one on one play time with her, which is an honor. Rebecca Howell
Rebecca’s studio shoot was a celebration of her investment in herself and her work, as well as the mental toughness of overcoming unfortunate circumstances and the power of acceptance. Ripe with the intention of having professional photos at the ready, Rebecca was sought out to be interviewed by Canvas Rebel and had to push up our shoot date - I was all over it!!!
